* To collect, exchange and disseminate 
information on cultural pluralism as a mean of  regulating inter-ethnic tensions in the Balkan multicultural societies; 

*  Organizing regional cultural heritage
networks in cooperation with the non governmental organizations and individuals from the wider area of the Balkan region. Strengthening networks of  cultural heritage initiatives; 

*  To initiate and participate in trans-border projects aimed to overcome cultural isolation of the Area; 

*  To contribute, through co-operation with other NGOs, to the operations to restore the heritage damaged by war conflicts; 

*  Strengthening the awareness of the importance of protection against the illicit import, export and transfer of ownership of cultural property by means of distribution of information on stolen or misappropriated cultural property; 

*  Encouragement of the use of new communication technologies (Internet) and co-operation with media with concrete assistance in preparing Internet sites and user friendly Internet accessible data bases; 

* Publishing books and CD ROMs in different Balkan languages on cultural heritage, education, communications, human rights and comparable domains in order to promote the culture of peace principles.
